These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Cateye Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Cateye", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Grievance Redressal Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the complete legal agreement between Cateye and you ("User", "you", or "your").
1. Nature of Services
Cateye Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. operates as a registered Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and Loan Service Provider (LSP), acting solely as a facilitator and intermediary between borrowers and regulated financial institutions including scheduled commercial banks and registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We do not directly lend money, accept deposits, or offer any investment products.
Our services include facilitation of:
- Business Loans (secured and unsecured) — ₹1 Lakh to ₹2 Crore
- Personal Loans — ₹50,000 to ₹1 Crore
- Loan Against Property (LAP) — ₹25 Lakh to ₹10 Crore
- Home Loans — ₹10 Lakh to ₹5 Crore
- Vehicle Loans — ₹50,000 to ₹1 Crore
- Working Capital Finance and Overdraft Facilities
- Supply Chain Finance — ₹10 Lakh to ₹5 Crore
- Machinery Finance
- Insurance (facilitation only)
All loan decisions, interest rates, processing fees, and disbursements are solely at the discretion of the respective lending institution. Our services are available exclusively within India for persons eligible under applicable Indian law.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or submitting your information through any channel, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or above and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge.
- You authorise Cateye and its employees, agents, and representatives to contact you via telephone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp with respect to your loan inquiry, application status, document requirements, and related matters, notwithstanding any registration under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry or any DND/DNC/NCPR service.
- You authorise Cateye to share your information with lending partners, credit bureaus, and service providers as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
3. Use of Website and Content
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website solely for the purpose of exploring loan-related information, submitting loan inquiries, uploading documents, and communicating with our team in connection with our services. Any other use is prohibited without prior written consent from Cateye.
3.2 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Cateye Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. or its content licensors and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
Information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Interest rates, eligibility criteria, loan amounts, and product features are indicative and subject to change at the lender's discretion. Nothing on this website constitutes professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions.
3.4 No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submission of a loan inquiry or application through Cateye does not guarantee loan approval, disbursement, or any specific interest rate. Loan approval is entirely at the discretion of the lending institution based on their internal credit assessment criteria, applicable regulations, and prevailing policies.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of your application and may expose you to legal liability under applicable Indian laws.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or servers.
- Not upload any viruses, malicious code, or content that may disrupt our website or services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.
- Promptly inform us of any changes to the information previously provided.
5. Fees, Charges, and Referral Disclosure
Cateye Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. does not charge any service fees, processing fees, or consultation fees from customers/borrowers. All advisory and facilitation services to borrowers are provided free of cost.
In the interest of full transparency and in accordance with RBI guidelines on DSA/LSP disclosures: Cateye earns a referral or sourcing fee from the respective lending institution upon successful loan disbursement. This fee is paid by the lender and does not form any part of the charges levied on you as a borrower.
Any fees associated with your loan — including processing fees, documentation charges, stamp duty, legal fees, or prepayment charges — are levied solely by the lending institution and will be communicated to you clearly before you proceed. These are governed exclusively by your loan agreement with the lender.
Important: Cateye will never ask you to pay any upfront fee, advance payment, or cash deposit for loan processing or approval. If you receive any such request purportedly from Cateye, please report it immediately to our Grievance Officer and to your nearest police station.
6. Consent to Communication
By using our services, you expressly authorise Cateye and its representatives to contact you via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails for the following purposes:
- Follow-up on your loan inquiry or application
- Updates on document requirements and application status
- Information on new loan products, offers, or services from our lending partners
- Post-disbursement support and relationship management
This authorisation overrides your registration under any Do Not Disturb (DND), Do Not Call (DNC), or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) service. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by notifying us in writing, while we continue to send essential service communications relating to your active applications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cateye Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
- Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on our website.
- Any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of data during transmission over the internet.
- Decisions, actions, or omissions of lending partners, including rejection of your loan application, modification of loan terms, or changes in interest rates or lending policies.
- Any unauthorised access to or use of your personal information due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or failures of telecommunication infrastructure.
Cateye's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees (if any) received by Cateye in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
9. Internet and Technology Risks
You acknowledge that the internet is an inherently insecure medium and that data transmitted over it may be subject to interception, delays, or corruption. Cateye employs industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption and intrusion detection systems; however, no security measure can guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats. Cateye is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
10. Modification of Terms
Cateye reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
Cateye reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at its sole discretion, without notice, in the event of:
- Any violation of these Terms.
- Submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- Any conduct that Cateye reasonably believes to be harmful to its interests, its partners, or other users.
- Any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

13. Compliance with Laws
Cateye operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing DSAs and LSPs, including RBI Master Directions on Digital Lending, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), and all other applicable financial services regulations in India.
14. Grievance Redressal
If you have any concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding our services, website, or these Terms, you may contact our Grievance Officer. All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. For complaints not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the respective lending institution or approach the RBI Complaint Management System (CMS) at cms.rbi.org.in.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Grievance Redressal Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cateye Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
